Deeper builds go beyond the install: websites, full branding, complete template systems, and major migrations are scoped and quoted separately for active partners. And the install fee applies once, ever: if we've already built your system, you skip it and start at plan price.

Every plan includes your Monthly Partnership Credits, a Monthly System Update each month, and one place to submit requests, ask questions, and review priorities. Busy month? Extra credits are $100 each, anytime, without changing your plan. Request plan or allocation changes by the 15th for the following month. Upgrades can begin sooner when capacity allows. 3 month initial term, then month to month.
Turnaround clocks apply to eligible requests: single deliverables submitted with complete inputs. Listing launch campaigns, staging batches, and multi asset projects are scheduled with you at intake so the timeline is real.

Need something bigger? We quote it.
Already a plan client? Websites, full branding, template system builds, signage, neighborhood branding, and development marketing are quoted per project, for active clients only. Small asks run through your credits; foundational builds get their own scope so nothing vague ever lands on your invoice. Just ask.
Terms: you approve everything before it ships. Plans begin with a 3 month initial term and continue month to month thereafter. Invoices are issued on the 1st and due within 5 days; your first invoice at signing covers month one plus the install. Clients approve content within 48 hours of delivery. Credits do not roll over; allocations change monthly. Request plan or allocation changes by the 15th for the following month; upgrades can begin sooner when capacity allows. After the initial term, cancel with 30 days written notice. Advertising spend, print costs, postage, and vendor expenses are billed directly to the client or passed through at cost. You own your business information and every final approved deliverable created for your business, including the configured content within your Brand Brain. QCRS retains ownership of its underlying templates, methods, frameworks, automations, production systems, and reusable intellectual property. Access to any QCRS managed tools or services ends when the partnership ends.
