The Foundation Install.

Every partnership begins with the Foundation Install. During the Install, we organize and build the core infrastructure QCRS will work from every month. You own everything we create. The Install does not attempt to fix every system or project we uncover. Anything outside the defined scope is identified before work begins.

Every plan includes your monthly credits, a Monthly System Update, and one place to submit requests, ask questions and review priorities.

The details

  • Credits · extra credits are $125 each, up to four a month, without changing your plan. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Changes · request plan or allocation changes by the 15th for the following month. Upgrades can begin sooner when capacity allows.
  • Term · a 3 month initial term, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days written notice.
  • Billing · invoices are issued on the 1st and due within 5 days. Your first invoice at signing covers month one plus the Foundation Install.
  • Scheduling · priority applies to eligible requests, meaning single deliverables submitted with complete inputs. Listing launch campaigns, staging batches and multi asset projects are scheduled with you at intake.
  • Revisions · each deliverable includes two rounds within 7 days. A change of direction is a new deliverable, not a revision.
  • Approvals · you approve everything before it ships, within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Costs passed through · ad spend, printing, postage, hosting, software and vendor fees are billed at cost or paid direct.
  • Ownership · you own your business information and every final approved deliverable, including the content inside your Brand Brain. QCRS retains its underlying templates, methods, frameworks and production systems.

Expansion Projects

Need something bigger? We quote it.

Some needs go beyond monthly partnership capacity. Websites, rebrands, CRM cleanup, database organization, custom automation, search optimization and other larger builds are scoped and priced separately. Websites from $1,500, brand work from $1,500, database reactivation and AI implementation from $2,500, with most projects landing between $500 and $7,500 depending on scope. Monthly Partnership clients receive Preferred Partnership Pricing and priority scheduling.
